I order an area rug, will it be delivered to my house?
Yes. Small rugs can be picked up at our showroom. Larger rugs will be
delivered to your home and placed by Wagner Carpet.

are area rugs?
They do not cover the entire floor and are bound on all sides to prevent
fraying. They can be any size: from 14m x 20m to a small 2m x 3m scatter
rug. They come in many shapes: rectangle, square, oval, and round, even
hexagons.

Wool: first blot with warm water and mild soap. For tougher stains, use
Folex.

I need a pad under an area rug?
A pad is recommended to keep the rug from slipping and to protect from
spills going through the rug onto the flooring.
Can
I have an area rug made custom to fit the space I need?
Yes. Companies like Fabrica and Carter can create rugs to fit just about
any size space you require.

Named after the Berber Tribe of N. Africa, it is a wool loop carpet naturally

long does it take for the carpet to come in once it has been ordered?
The average is about 1 to 2 weeks. We also stock nylon & wool rolls
for immediate installation.
What
are the advantages of purchasing 100% wool carpet as opposed to synthetic
carpet?
The comfort of fine wool is like that of a fine wool garment. It is easy
to vacuum, retains a like-new appearance, and the colors are soft, smooth,
and natural looking.

are the advantages of purchasing synthetic carpet?
Nylon, Polyester, or Olefin fibers meet a competitive price point. They
can provide long wear, lasting colors and high fashion at low cost.
How
long will my new carpet last?
Synthetics average 15 years, wools can last 30 years.
Are
there special care instructions for 100% wool carpet?
With berber styles, do not use a spinning beater bar vacuum. Preferably
use suction only or set the vacuum on high clearance. Use Folex, Host
cleaner, or Wool-ite to spot clean.
Is
the cost of the installation included in the price of the carpet?
No. Each job is cost bid at the time of measure. Sometimes areas are clear,
or we can reuse the padding. This saves costs on the estimate.
How
do you determine what type of pad is best to use?
Dense commercial carpets and berbers require a 8-pound density fiber pad
3/8". Plush or cut pile carpets of softer texture require a 7 pound
foam pad 7/16".
How
do you convert square feet to square yards?
Multiply the width in square feet by the length of the room and divide
by 9. Then add 5% in length and width.
